Red, White & Blue Parfaits
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless Watermelon diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup Granola
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 Vanilla Green yogurts
- Whipped cream or cool whip for topping
- 4 glasses
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the granola with chia seeds and set aside.
- Next, assemble the layered parfaits, evenly distributing ingredients among 4 glasses.
- Start with blueberries, yogurt, granola/chia seeds, watermelon and a dollop of whipped cream or cool whip.
- Enjoy cold.
