Red, White & Blue Parfaits

These refreshingly sweet and crunchy parfaits are the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert for your Memorial Day festivities.

  • 2 cups seedless Watermelon diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup Granola
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 Vanilla Green yogurts
  • Whipped cream or cool whip for topping
  • 4 glasses


  • In a small bowl combine the granola with chia seeds and set aside.
  • Next, assemble the layered parfaits, evenly distributing ingredients among 4 glasses.
  • Start with blueberries, yogurt, granola/chia seeds, watermelon and a dollop of whipped cream or cool whip.
  • Enjoy cold.
