Protein Pumpkin French Toast
prep: 5 minutes
1 large egg
1.5 ounces Fairlife fat free milk
1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 slices whole wheat bread
Sugar free syrup (optional)
1. Beat egg through pumpkin pie spice in a medium size bowl.
2. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture absorbing as much liquid as you can.
3. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat. Cook each side until lightly browned.
4. Top with Sugar free syrup if desired. Enjoy!!
