Protein Pumpkin French Toast

Who would have thought that French Toast would be on your Weight Loss Meal Plan? With the right ingredients, you can turn this baby into a protein rich breakfast that’s totally delicious!

I added in pumpkin to sweeten the deal since I had some leftover in my fridge from a previous recipe here are stats babe: ⁣⁣

Protein Pumpkin French Toast ⁣⁣

prep: 5 minutes ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Ingredients: ⁣⁣

  • 1 large egg ⁣⁣

  • 1.5 ounces Fairlife fat free milk ⁣⁣

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree⁣⁣

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract ⁣⁣

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ⁣⁣

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread⁣⁣

  • Sugar free syrup (optional) ⁣⁣

Directions: ⁣⁣

1. Beat egg through pumpkin pie spice in a medium size bowl. ⁣⁣

2. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture absorbing as much liquid as you can.⁣⁣

3. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat. Cook each side until lightly browned. ⁣⁣

4. Top with Sugar free syrup if desired. Enjoy!! ⁣⁣
