Graham Cracker Cheesecake Sandwiches

Hands up for sweet treats! 

 

Who loves a sweet treat you and your kids can enjoy together?! My little guy Nico was all over these (and yes, the berries ended up all over him as well) 

 

These cheesecake bites are perfect for a summer day, quick and easy, share them with your little ones or indulge in the evening when you have some time to yourself. 

 

Sweets like these can easily fit into your calorie goals! At only 108 calories a piece there’s no reason not to enjoy one! 

 

Here’s the scoop: 

Graham Cracker Cheesecake Sandwiches 

Prep: <5 minutes 

Makes: 2 Sandwiches 

 

Ingredients: 

2 sheets Graham crackers 

2 Tbsp 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese 

1 packet stevia (optional) 

1 tsp lemon juice

¼ cup raspberries

Mint (optional) 

 

Directions: 

1.     Combine cream cheese & stevia. 

2.     In a separate bowl mash raspberries with lemon juice. 

3.     Spread cream cheese evenly among two crackers, top with berries & mint (if using) and top with remaining graham cracker. 

 

Nutrition information (one sandwich) 

108 calories; 15g carbohydrate; 4.5g fat; 2g protein; 123mg sodium, 1g fiber
