Crispy Prosciutto Egg White Sandwich
Prep: 5 minutes
Ready in 10 minutes
Makes: 1 Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices (½ ounce) Prosciutto di Parma (sliced thin)
½ cup Egg Whites
2 tablespoons diced bell pepper
½ ounce gouda cheese
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin, toasted
Directions:
Heat a skillet over high heat, spray with cooking spray and place prosciutto on pan. Cook over high heat until crisp, approximately 1 minute per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
To the same skillet, add diced bell pepper, cook until soft and pour in egg whites. Cook over well. Top with gouda cheese.
Assemble sandwich, on one half of English muffin place egg followed by prosciutto and cheese and top with remaining half of muffin. Enjoy Warm
