Add this one to your easy breakfast rotation, these delicious bars will keep you full and satisfied for hours! They are sooooo good – no excuses to not eat a healthy breakfast when it’s this quick and easy. 

 These filling bars are choc full of fiber and healthy fats from the peanut butter to keep you full for hours! Staying full and feeling satisfying is one of the main pillars of successful weight loss!

Banana-Oat Breakfast Bars 

Prep: 5 minutes 

Bake 12-15 minutes

Makes: 3 Bars 

 

Ingredients: 

2/3 cup rolled oats

2 very ripe bananas 

1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips 

1 Tbsp Golden Raisins 

Topping: 

3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter 

3 Large Strawberries, sliced 

 

Directions; 

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a rectangular pan (I used half of an 8×8 pan) set aside. 

In a medium bowl combine oats through raisins. Pour into pan and form into rectangular shape. 

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into three equal squares. 

Spread 1 tbsp peanut butter on single bar and top with sliced strawberry. Repeat with remaining bar.
