This is a 90-day online group weight loss program for women who want to lose 10 to 20+ pounds in a fun and supportive atmosphere with amazing women just like you. It’s a flexible approach that uses my 90 Day Ultimate Slim Down Framework. You’ll learn how to eat in a way that promotes weight loss while still allowing you to choose your favorite foods.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to use MyFitnessPal to track my food in this program?

While I prefer MFP for its ease of use and expansive database, you’re welcome to use any food logging app you prefer as long as you can share your food log with me.

Do I have to stop eating certain foods in this program?

No specific foods are off limits unless they are medically inappropriate for you.

How much weight will I lose on your program?

I cannot promise or guarantee any specific weight loss results. This program will provide you with my 3 Step framework for weight loss. On average, a weight loss of 0.5 to 2 pounds per week can be expected, however not guaranteed. Some women need more time to see weight loss occur.  There are a number of factors that will play a role in your results such as level of consistency and ability to make necessary lifestyle changes.

What if I have more weight to lose after the initial 12-Week program?

Most clients work with me from 3 to 6 months and then move into my membership program for continued support and accountability.

I eat out at restaurants frequently, can I still do this program?

Yes! You will use your meal plan as a guide to help you select your meals when eating out. We will work together to make the best selections for you.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We offer paid in full options as well as monthly payment plans.

Do I have to join a gym?

No, a gym membership is not required in order to participate.

I have food sensitivities, can I still work with you?

Yes! As a Registered Dietitian I am trained to support a variety of health conditions that include food sensitivities and/or allergies.

Seriously if y’all need help losing weight please join her 90 day program!! She’s a Registered Dietitian with a WEALTH of knowledge and doesn’t make you feel bad if you fall off or you have some dessert. Nothing is restricted and you learn how to still enjoy all your favorites but within moderation!

Doing this program made me realize you get out of it what you put into to it, meaning if you don’t track everything and measure and weigh all your food, it’s just not gonna happen. Hope to be down another 20 or more in another 3 months!!
