About Jacqueline: 

Jacqueline Gomes is a Health and Wellness expert, motivational speaker, and results-driven Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in helping her clients realize their potential to reach their health-related goals.

⁣⁣Through a unique coaching experience (both group and one-to-one programs), health and wellness workshops, motivational keynote talks and individual consulting, Jacqueline helps her audience gain clarity on what they want and need to feel in control of their health outcomes.

Jacqueline helps her clients understand how to set boundaries and implement simple health habits through a “one-step-at-a-time” framework.

Ms. Gomes is also health and wellness spokesperson for the family of supermarkets at Allegiance Retail services. Ms. Gomes provides timely health and wellness information that can help consumers make informed choices about foods and products they select at store level. In this role, Ms. Gomes develops and implements programs that promote health and wellness to customers. She provides timely nutrition information through weekly cooking videos, media, weekly Eat Well Blog and in-store programs.

Ms. Gomes has made multiple appearances on television news stations including Fox 5 Business NY, Fox29, Philadelphia, News 12 – New Jersey and The 10! Show NBC Philadelphia, and has been a guest on KTU 103.5, Radio Disney AM 1560, CD 101.9 FM and WRRC 107.7 FM radio stations.

Ms. Gomes has also been published in the peer reviewed journal “Insulin” as well as in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition for her work in the study “Almond Consumption and Cardiovascular Risk Factors in Adults with Prediabetes”.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Monmouth University, New Jersey. She has completed an MBA in Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and completed her post-graduate dietetic internship program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
